How to Read This Table

When we called customer support, they confirmed the full range: Core+ is $45/mo without a commitment, or $33/mo on a 3-month plan. Med+ month-to-month is $149/mo. These rates aren't hidden, but you'd only find them by calling or going through the signup flow.

HSA/FSA Reimbursement

Per WeightWatchers' FSA/HSA page, they don't accept HSA/FSA cards directly at checkout. You pay with a credit or debit card, then submit receipts for reimbursement.
